Was Lucy a man?

Lucy, Australopithecus afarensis, is always considered to be our ancient ancestral great, great grandmother. But in the last decade scientists have questioned if that is indeed the case.  Considering that the only Australopithecus afarensis pelvis found is Lucy’s, how can we be certain this pelvis is that of a female.  Scientists aren't sure. I made this complete two page article for a popular Dutch science magazine. Text, illustrations, and design all included.
